  • Standard Rate: 212 EUR
  • Late Registration Rate: 350 EUR (from 2 June)

Please note: The participation fee is non-refundable.

Registration Deadline: 5 June 2025. Be sure to register on time! Later or on-site registration will not be possible.

The fee can be paid online through credit card payment, PayPal, Alipay & Apple Pay.

This event is intended for professionals in the automotive safety industry. We require registration using your company email address; private emails will not be accepted.  Please make sure you register as soon as possible to allow time for your registration to be further checked. 

Security will be on-site to ensure compliance with the event policy. If any of the basic rules are breached, the attendee and their company risk being barred from future events. If appropriate, theft will also be reported to authorities. Be sure to review the event policy carefully before registering, as you will need to acknowledge it to complete the registration process.

Photo and measurement opportunity. Impacted doors cannot be opened, parts (including child restraints) cannot be removed from vehicles nor dismantled until day 2 at 10:00. 

No catering will be offered.

19:00 - Hall closes - Shuttles departure

10:00 - Euro NCAP's Secretary General  Welcome Speech

Dismantling allowed in the limit of the Viewing policy.

Coffee, tea, soft drinks available all day. Buffet lunch at noon.

Shuttles

As usual shuttle busses will be organized on Wednesday at 19:00 and Thursday at 16.00.

  • 11 June 19:00 from Brussels Gate to Brussels-City Center
  • 12 June 16:00 from Brussels Gate to Brussels Zaventem Airport
  • 12 June16:00 from Brussels Gate to Brussels-Midi Train Station
